At this social event, Professor Andrew Turpin from Petascale Campus Initiative will be speaking on strategies for becoming an interdisciplinary researcher at early career.  More information on Petascale here.

We will also hear from our I-ECR network planning group and how you can get involved in the new year with the

I-ECR Network. There will also be plenty of time to mingle with ECRs interested in all things interdisciplinary.

Who should attend?

Open to University of Melbourne academic staff across all faculties and institutes who are early career researchers/academics regardless of employment contract (continuing, fixed term, casual). Recognising that the label 'ECR' varies across disciplines, if you self-identify as an ECR/ Early Career Acacemic/postdoc you are more than welcome to attend.

Do not hesitate to get in touch with us for any other requirements or special needs for the day of the event.

*If you require meat do let us know.
