who has had over twenty years experience and has frequented some of
Sydney's top kitchens, authored two cook books and worked on shows

MENU
* Authentic Japanese steamed rice
* Home made dashi
* Miso soup using authentic alive miso - there's no MSG!
* We will make two types of miso soup - one traditional recipe and
one for busy people
* Goma ae in two different ways (traditional Japanese salad with
sesame dressing)
* Teriyaki - learn how to make sugar-free teriyaki!
* Vegetable tempura with tempura dipping sauce
* Miso eggplant using oven rather than deep-frying - easier and
healthier and still taste amazing with sugar-free dengaku miso
* We make two types of dengku miso using red miso and white miso
* Agedashi tofu ( deep-fried tofu) with a safe and easy way which
even most Japanese don't know!
* Japanese raddish and edamame salad that is perfect companion with
deep-fried food
* Inari sushi - pocket sushi, which are normally loaded with refined
sugar and extremely high in calories. We make much healthier way and
taste amazing!
* We also make a second type of inari, adding quinoa to the sushi
rice to be extra healthy!
Also, all of Yoshiko's classes (except the "Japanese Cooking Class
(Advanced)") are suitable for vegans.
